ERP Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>IT Systems &amp; ERP Manager <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Athens, Greece<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>hands-on professional with a strong business mindset<\/strong>, capable not only of maintaining systems but also of identifying opportunities for automation, better data utilization and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will take ownership of the company\u2019s IT and ERP environment, supporting both corporate operations and manufacturing activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration, support and continuous development of <strong>SoftOne ERP<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Support of production, warehouse, logistics, sales, purchasing and finance systems<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and optimization of ERP integrations with production systems<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of business requirements and implementation of new processes and automations<\/li>\n<li>Development of management reports, KPIs and dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Management of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networks, servers, users and access rights<\/li>\n<li>Data security, backups, cybersecurity and business continuity<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of external IT\/ERP partners and vendors<\/li>\n<li>User support and training<\/li>\n<li>Participation in digital transformation, BI and process automation projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with <strong>SoftOne ERP<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a <strong>manufacturing\/industrial environment<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of SQL, databases and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of production, inventory, warehouse, traceability and logistics processes<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Experience with BI\/Power BI, WMS\/MES, EDI and APIs will be considered a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good command of English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Athens, Greece<br \/>\nWe are looking for a hands-on professional with a strong business mindset, capable not only of maintaining systems but also of identifying opportunities for automation, better data utilization and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-29137","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>IT Systems &amp;
