Production Planning & Bottling Operations Coordinator

About the position

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating olive oil bottling production based on customer orders, production capacity, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of daily bottling operations while maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule bottling production according to confirmed customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate daily production activities with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments.
• Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly production plans.
• Ensure the availability of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods required for production.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Optimize production efficiency while minimizing downtime and bottlenecks.
• Track order execution and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate production planning and inventory records through ERP systems.
• Analyze production data and generate operational reports and KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain , or related field.
• Experience in production planning, operations, or supply chain coordination, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
