IT Systems & ERP Manager Athens, Greece We are looking for a hands-on professional with a strong business mindset, capable not only of maintaining systems but also of identifying opportunities for automation, better data utilization and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company’s IT and ERP environment, supporting both corporate operations and manufacturing activities. Key Responsibilities

• Administration, support and continuous development of SoftOne ERP
• Support of production, warehouse, logistics, sales, purchasing and finance systems
• Coordination and optimization of ERP integrations with production systems
• Analysis of business requirements and implementation of new processes and automations
• Development of management reports, KPIs and dashboards
• Management of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networks, servers, users and access rights
• Data security, backups, cybersecurity and business continuity
• Coordination of external IT/ERP partners and vendors
• User support and training
• Participation in digital transformation, BI and process automation projects

  Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
• Strong experience with SoftOne ERP
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Good knowledge of SQL, databases and reporting
• Understanding of production, inventory, warehouse, traceability and logistics processes
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure
• Experience with BI/Power BI, WMS/MES, EDI and APIs will be considered a strong advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Very good command of English

Regular collaboration with the company’s production facilities in Kalamata will be required.
